Q4 is the make-or-break quarter for seasonal brands. Let It Snow needed to translate demand into compounding sales — not just orders, but units per order, sustained AOV, and clean execution through the highest-impact weeks of the year.

We focused on catalog and performance optimization heading into peak: tightening the listing ecosystem, sharpening advertising, and ensuring inventory and ops kept pace with demand.
The Result
Compared to the same period last year, total order items increased by 43%, units ordered grew by 47%, and ordered product sales rose by 38.81% — reaching $278,950.60. Average units per order increased by 2.7% while order value held steady, showing both demand growth and execution discipline.
